As a Verification Lead at Proxelera, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the verification strategy for our cutting-edge AI, DSP, and AMS chips. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the verification process for subsystems and SoCs, ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with a talented team of over 190 engineers across our Bengaluru and Mysuru design centers.

The Work

• Own the verification strategy for a subsystem or SoC, defining what sign-off means and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Design and implement testbench architecture that serves as the foundation for other engineers' work, driving efficiency and effectiveness in the verification process.
• Lead failure triage and root-cause analysis, mentoring verification engineers at various experience levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Estimate efforts and manage schedules, ensuring timely delivery of verification milestones while maintaining high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate verification efforts with overall project goals, addressing challenges as they arise.

What You'll Need

• You've led verification strategy for a subsystem or SoC, demonstrating ownership rather than executing someone else's plan.
• Deep expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM, with a current understanding of best practices in the field.
• Experience in failure triage and root-cause analysis, with a proven track record of mentoring engineers across different experience levels.
• Hands-on experience building or owning testbench architecture that others have utilized effectively.

Even Better If

• You have experience with coverage closure driven to sign-off on a part that successfully taped out.
• You've worked across complex IPs like interconnects, memory controllers, DMA, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, and DDR.
• You have familiarity with formal methods applied to real properties and have set coding standards or automation that outlived your tenure.
