Tech Lead / Founding Engineer (Enterprise Secure AI Platform) — Bangalore

If you like building the secure foundation that makes enterprise AI actually usable in the real world, this is your seat. You’ll own end-to-end integration and reliability—then help raise the bar for the Bangalore team as it grows.

This is a founding-team role on the India side, working closely with our co-founder/CTO (ex-Google, ex-Lovable) based in Bangalore. You won’t be a remote satellite of a US team—the technical core is here.

The Work

• Own the secure platform foundation for enterprise AI—design and build the core services that make secure deployments possible (auth, data handling, access controls, operational safety).
• Drive end-to-end integration ownership across the stack—turn product requirements into working flows that connect APIs, services, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Build reliability into the system, not around it—add verification, monitoring, and pragmatic safeguards so issues are caught early and failures are diagnosable.
• Handle ambiguity with evidence—when requirements are fuzzy, propose a path, validate quickly, and iterate based on what you learn.
• Translate enterprise expectations into engineering decisions—keep security and enterprise constraints clear as requirements evolve, and align on practical next steps.

What You’ll Need

• Hands-on production engineering experience: you’ve shipped and operated real systems end-to-end, and you can explain the reliability and security tradeoffs you made.
• Security-first platform thinking: access control, data boundaries, and safe-by-default design patterns.
• Execution under ambiguity: you can propose a plan, validate quickly, and iterate based on evidence.
• Pragmatic verification/observability: you add the checks and instrumentation that make outcomes visible.
• Strong communication: you can hold a technical conversation with a founder or customer without a translator.
• Experience building with Python/TypeScript/React
• Ability to work in-office: 5 days a week in Indiranagar, Bangalore

• You’ve started something of your own (company/product/serious side project)—especially if it didn’t work out.
• You’ve worked on enterprise integrations where security requirements were non-negotiable (SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, compliance-adjacent workflows, etc.).

The Team + Comp and Logistics

You’ll work closely with our co-founder/CTO in Bangalore and the team building the enterprise secure AI platform. We’re already in production inside large enterprises with real paying customers, and collaboration is practical and iterative—quick alignment, clear next steps, steady follow-through.

₹50L–₹70L base · Equity: 0.15%–0.25% (vesting over four years). Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and professional development support.

Work model: In-office, 5 days/week in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
