Senior Product Manager, Payment Solutions

As a Senior Product Manager, Payment Solutions, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, leading the development of a modern, API-driven payment system that prioritizes efficiency and security for public companies. • Own the Payment Solutions roadmap, focusing on Transfer Agency, Corporate Actions, and Paying Agency workflows that enable real money movement between issuers and shareholders.
• Define a multi-rail payments vision that seamlessly integrates traditional banking systems with on-chain settlement, including stablecoin options for dividends.
• Lead integration discussions with payment vendors alongside our CTO, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering strong partnerships.
• Represent Payment Solutions in sales meetings, serving as the technical voice to scope integration paths and translate customer needs into actionable product features.
• Track success metrics such as payment volume processed and settlement timelines, driving operational excellence as transaction volumes scale.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience shipping products in payments or fintech, with hands-on expertise in ACH, RTP, wire transfers, or stablecoin integrations.
• Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, and BSA/AML compliance, with the ability to translate these requirements into effective product workflows.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with engineering teams to design integrations and manage exceptions.

• Familiarity with fintech operations, enhancing your understanding of workflow automation.
