As we scale, we need a Production Engineer who can ensure our systems are reliable and efficient, enabling our engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The Job

• Design and build robust application code that supports our production systems.
• Debug and analyze production issues proactively, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance, especially under stress.
• Implement observability through logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing to enhance system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless handoff of information during US/ET market hours and facilitate effective engineering escalation when necessary.
• Support operations during US/ET market hours, ensuring smooth transitions and communication with the engineering team.
• Engage in integration work during quieter times to enhance system capabilities and performance.

What You'll Need

• You've successfully shipped production systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
• You have hands-on experience with cloud environments, demonstrating a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• You can effectively debug complex issues in real-time, ensuring systems run smoothly, especially during high-pressure situations.
• You possess strong context-switching abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

• You have experience in capital markets or a related financial technology environment.
• You are familiar with API development and integration practices.
