The Role
As the Product Manager for Issuer Activation, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Issuer Activation journey. This includes overseeing the pre-sales demo sandbox with scenario-driven data and managing the post-sales activation through a self-serve sandbox-first diagnostic-led migration. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of self-service product features that empower issuers to navigate our platform seamlessly.
- Manage the pre-sales demo sandbox, utilizing scenario-driven data to showcase product capabilities effectively.
- Oversee post-sales activation, ensuring a smooth transition through a self-serve sandbox-first diagnostic-led migration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure product alignment with regulatory standards and user needs.
- Drive data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions for clients while maintaining data integrity and security.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on product features, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on market needs and business goals.
- Communicate effectively with distributed international teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across all stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- You've successfully launched self-service products in a fintech or related environment.
- You have a strong understanding of data migration processes and the challenges involved.
- You excel in cross-functional collaboration, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are data-driven, using metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.
- You possess strong written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- You have hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, leveraging them to enhance product features and user experience.
