The Work
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our tokenization platform.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, translating insights into actionable product features.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business goals.
- Ensure regulatory rigor in product development and compliance.
- Prepare documentation for investor and board updates, clearly communicating product progress and success metrics.
- Engage in agile development practices, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of experience in product management or go-to-market strategy, preferably in the fintech or tokenization space.
- Strong understanding of tokenization and its implications in both traditional and decentralized finance.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, driving cross-functional initiatives and product launches.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the US fintech ecosystem, providing insights into industry standards and practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Knowledge of market analysis and competitive landscape assessment techniques.
