The Job

• Build and ship full-stack features that support customer integrations—from the first working version to something reliable in real usage.
• Own a slice of the integration + deployment workflow/architecture, including debugging, iteration, and hardening based on what production customers actually do.
• Work in tight loops: implement → release → observe behavior → fix the sharp edges until it’s dependable.
• Collaborate closely with the team to keep requirements crisp and execution moving—no wandering, just clear constraints and fast follow-through.

What You’ll Need

• 0–3 years experience (or newly graduated / early-career aligned to this scope)
• Strong fundamentals and the ability to implement features precisely (not “close enough”)
• Comfort iterating from real signals (logs, user behavior, production feedback) and improving reliability over time
• Ability to work in-office in Bangalore

Even Better If

• Experience across Python, TypeScript, and React, or a strong track record of full-stack ownership
• You’ve helped improve reliability by learning from production usage (not just passing tests)
