About the role

Founding Sales & GTM Executive

Nasiko is building the open platform/open runtime for production AI agents that helps enterprises move from isolated copilots to reliable, scalable agent systems.

We’re looking for a founding Account Executive who can own end-to-end enterprise outbound and closing—turning early product momentum into real, paid demand. You’ll own the full deal journey—from first conversations with C-suite/CTOs through technical discovery, structured pilots/POCs, and early deployments.

The Work

You’ll own enterprise GTM execution for your accounts—driving outbound and inbound opportunities through qualification, technical discovery, pilot/POC conversion, and close—while partnering closely with product and engineering to land the right technical outcomes.

  • Build and run outbound + inbound enterprise pipeline (AE ownership): prospect across target accounts, run email/calls/LinkedIn/event outreach, qualify opportunities based on AI maturity, agent adoption realities, infrastructure needs, security and procurement requirements, and buying urgency.
  • Lead complex technical discovery with executive + technical buyers: run discovery calls with C-suite, CTOs, and infrastructure/engineering leaders; translate needs into clear next steps and tailored demo narratives that support deal progression.
  • Convert early interest into structured pilots/POCs and paid deployments: coordinate product demos, technical deep-dives, executive briefings, and help close pilots, design partnerships, and early commercial deployments.
  • Drive deal execution and forecasting: maintain disciplined qualification criteria, keep pipeline reporting tight, and provide accurate forecasting and deal updates based on customer feedback and technical progress.
  • Partner to ensure pilots become deployments: work with product/engineering to define pilot success criteria, align on timelines, and remove blockers so technical pilots translate into commercial commitments.

What success looks like (early milestones):

  • Month 1–2: establish outbound prospecting cadence; build a pipeline with 10–15 qualified conversations with target accounts; demonstrate strong deal qualification and next-step discipline.
  • Month 3–4: run product demos for 8–12 prospects; convert 2–3 into pilots/POCs or design partnerships; maintain clear deal stages and forecasting hygiene.
  • Month 6: 3–5 active customer engagements (pilots, POCs, partnerships, or early deployments), with a clear path to conversion and 6+ months of pipeline visibility.
  • Year 1: 5–8 enterprise customers deployed or in active deployment; consistent conversion from discovery → pilot/POC → paid deployment; $500K–$1M+ in pipeline visibility; strong product-market-fit signals from customer outcomes.

What You’ll Need

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, infrastructure, developer tools, AI/ML platforms, cloud, cybersecurity, or similar technical sales environments.
  • Proven technical selling experience selling to C-suite, CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical buyers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, qualification, pilots/POCs, procurement, negotiation, and close.
  • Ability to explain complex technical products clearly without overcomplicating the conversation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across C-suite, technical, and internal audiences.
  • Self-directed and resourceful: thrives without heavy process or hand-holding.
  • Intellectual curiosity about technology and ability to learn agent infrastructure quickly.

Even Better If

  • Experience managing CRM, pipeline, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
  • Experience running technical pilots/POCs to successful commercial conversion.
  • Comfort working closely with founders, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to operate without heavy process or hand-holding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Previous experience in infrastructure, platform, or technical platform sales.
  • Experience selling to AI/ML leaders, platform architects, or infrastructure teams.

Compensation, Logistics and Benefits

This role is based in Palo Alto with a hybrid work model. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 base salary (USD) plus commission and equity.

About Nasiko

Nasiko is a venture-funded Silicon Valley company building infrastructure for production AI agents, with roots in MIT’s agentic AI ecosystem.

We help enterprises deploy and operate agent systems end-to-end—from local development to production—by providing a unified layer that supports visibility, security, observability, routing, and reliability across models, frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.

Why now: agent deployments are expanding quickly, but teams are running into rising AI costs, security/control and governance gaps, and fragmented workflows across tools and models. Nasiko helps teams manage agent sprawl and operate with reliability and visibility as they scale.

Nasiko’s origin comes from hands-on work running Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar agents—where teams lacked an answer to what agents were running, who was spending what, which models were being used, and what they were actually doing. Nasiko was built as the “open runtime” with coding harnesses, frameworks, and tools included, so one command can discover what’s already running and provide visibility into usage and cost across harnesses, models, users, and teams—without changing how developers work.

About Nasiko

Nasiko is the open runtime platform for deploying and operating AI agents in production.

Use any harness. Reach any model. Measure every token. Change nothing.

Teams use Nasiko to deploy, run, secure, observe, and optimize agents across any model, framework, tool, or infrastructure—without losing visibility into what’s executing, what’s happening, and where time and spend are going.

Why now AI costs are rising, security/governance gaps are widening, and agent workflows are fragmented—making them harder to operate at scale.

Our origin Nasiko started from hands-on work running Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar tools. We realized teams couldn’t easily answer what agents are running, who is spending what, which models are being used, and what agents are actually doing. Nasiko was built as Open Runtime—with coding harnesses, frameworks, and tools included—so one command discovers the agents already running and provides visibility into usage and cost across harnesses, models, users, and teams without changing how developers work.
