About Nasiko / Company

Nasiko is the open runtime platform for deploying and operating AI agents in production.

Use any harness. Reach any model. Measure every token. Change nothing.

Teams use Nasiko to deploy, run, secure, observe, and optimize agents across any model, framework, tool, or infrastructure—without losing visibility into what’s executing, what’s happening, and where time and spend are going.

Why now
AI costs are rising, security/governance gaps are widening, and agent workflows are fragmented—making them harder to operate at scale.

Our origin
Nasiko started from hands-on work running Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar tools. We realized teams couldn’t easily answer what agents are running, who is spending what, which models are being used, and what agents are actually doing. Nasiko was built as Open Runtime—with coding harnesses, frameworks, and tools included—so one command discovers the agents already running and provides visibility into usage and cost across harnesses, models, users, and teams without changing how developers work.

Why this role
As Nasiko's first marketing hire, you’ll turn a complex technical product into a clear, consistent story—and then see it translated into momentum through real organic execution. If you like owning the full loop end-to-end, collaborating directly with founders and product, and iterating based on what results show, this is the kind of seat where your work can compound quickly.

The Work

  • Own organic social end-to-end: build the content calendar, write/post, manage community engagement, and keep the brand voice consistent.
  • Turn founder + product updates into marketing that lands: partner closely with founders to capture what’s new and translate it into clear, useful posts for real readers.
  • Measure, learn, and iterate: create lightweight reporting on what’s working, what’s not, and what you’ll do next to improve results.
  • Handle inbound with care: respond to questions, route conversations to the right people, and keep threads moving.
  • Extend into adjacent product + event marketing when needed: support product marketing deliverables and help plan/promote events—ramping quickly and executing end-to-end even when you’re learning in real time.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven organic social execution (not just ideas): you’ve run an organic social program with a consistent cadence and can share examples of what you shipped.
  • Comfort owning the full loop: from planning to posting to engagement to reporting—without heavy process or hand-holding.
  • Strong written communication: you can explain technical/product value clearly for real people.
  • Ability to ramp fast in a one-person function: you can pick up adjacent marketing surfaces quickly and deliver without perfect inputs.

Even Better If

  • Experience with paid social (nice-to-have).
  • Some exposure to product marketing and/or event promotion—enough to contribute quickly when the moment comes.

Who Thrives Here

  • You’re at your best when you’re the first person building the playbook—turning ambiguity into a working system.
  • You communicate in a way that keeps momentum: clear updates, tight drafts, and fast iteration with founders and product.
  • You care about evidence: you don’t just post—you learn from results and adjust.
  • You can switch contexts without losing quality, moving from social execution to adjacent product/event marketing support as needs change.

The Team

You’ll work closely with the founders and product team in a small, fast-moving environment. There isn’t a marketing org or established machine yet—so you’ll be building the function while delivering day-to-day output. Expect direct collaboration, quick feedback, and a bias toward shipping.

Comp, Logistics and Benefits

Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 annual salary + equity

Hybrid in Palo Alto.

Benefits will be shared during the conversation.

Non-Traditional Backgrounds

If you’ve built and run an organic social program end-to-end—especially in early-stage environments—you’ll likely feel at home here. If you can translate product updates into posts people actually respond to, we want to hear from you.
