Navii is bringing a small group of early-stage founders and builders around one table. The founders lead funded pre-seed and seed companies, all under ten people, and each is hiring an early or founding engineer.

This is for engineers who want to build close to the product, the users, and the decisions. It is also explicitly for former or transitioning founders—including people whose companies did not work out. That experience is often the closest preparation for joining at this stage.

Before the dinner, you’ll have a short conversation with Navii. That conversation helps us decide who to invite and which founders each invited builder should meet. It is not a technical interview or a résumé walkthrough. We’ll talk about something you have been close to building, what you want in your next chapter, and which founders would actually be worth your time.

Invited guests are matched to specific founders in advance. No random seating and no need to work the room.

Roles span early career through senior, roughly $65K–$250K plus meaningful early-stage equity, depending on company and level. Each founder discusses their role and equity directly.

Seats are limited because the matching is intentional. If this dinner is not the right fit, you can opt to keep your Navii profile active so we can consider you for future dinners with a different founder mix, as well as relevant founding-engineer roles.
